14. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
You can review, update, or request the deletion of your data by contacting us as provided in Section 13. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
Self-service: if you have a customer account, you can download all the data we hold about you (“Download my data”) and delete your account yourself (“Delete my account”) on the My account page at any time.
15. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS, WISHLIST AND REVIEWS
Creating an account is optional; you can always check out as a guest. If you create one, we store your email address, and if you choose to add them, your name, phone number, delivery addresses and wishlist. We use them only to let you log in, show your orders and their delivery status, and fill in your address at checkout.
We do not use passwords. To log in, we email you a one-time 6-digit code (valid for 15 minutes); we store only a scrambled (hashed) version of it. Login emails are sent by our email provider (Cloudflare or Resend) on our behalf. A strictly necessary cookie (“resha_session”) keeps you logged in for up to 90 days or until you log out.
We never store your card or payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose a saved address at checkout, we share your name, email, phone number and that address with Stripe so it can be filled in for you.
Orders you placed with the same email address before creating an account are shown in your account. Delivery status is fetched from our shipping partner Shiprocket.
If you write a product review, we show your rating, text, optional photo and the name you choose (for example “Anna S.”) publicly on the product page, with a “Verified buyer” label because only customers who bought the product can review it. Reviews are checked by us before they appear. You can edit your review, and it is deleted together with your account.
When you delete your account, we delete your account details, saved addresses, wishlist, reviews and review photos. Records of paid orders are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years), and are then deleted.
